OTA Wakefield and Kingston locations provide children in the Boston area with comprehensive occupational, physical, speech and feeding therapy services. At OTA, improving your child’s participation in family and community life is our ultimate goal.

OTA’s therapists are Pediatric Specialists trained in all aspects of Pediatric Treatment including, Self-Care Management, Sensory Integration, Neurodevelopmental treatment, AAC, Executive Functioning and Feeding Treatment. Evaluation, treatment and consultation are available for Children with a variety of diagnosis including ADD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, multiple handicaps, Cerebral Palsy and other physical and developmental challenges.

Occupational Therapy

Our experienced pediatric therapists use an integrated approach to help families and children participate in all aspects of their life including play, home, school, community and recreation through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

Social Skills

The purpose of OTA’s Social Skills Program is to provide children with social/ pragmatic needs the opportunity to interact with peers in a safe and structured environment.

Feeding & Swallowing

OTA’s multi-disciplinary Pediatric Feeding Program offers an intensive therapy for children who have difficulties with eating and weight gain due to oral sensory aversions, and/or medically based feeding disorders.

Speech & Language Therapy

OTA’s Speech/Language Program offers a unique collaboration between sensory processing and speech/language development.

Physical Therapy

Our Pediatric physical therapists work with babies, toddlers, children and their families to promote independence, increases participation, facilitate motor development and function, and to improve strength & endurance and ease challenges with daily motor activities.
